A: Safety is our top priority. Your remanufactured engine will arrive in a secure, heavy-duty POD or crate explicitly designed for freight shipping. This container protects your new engine during transit and should be saved, as it is the perfect vessel for returning your old core engine to us.
A: Yes, but it may look slightly different than your original because manufacturers often use the same engine block across multiple years and models. We use the official OEM interchange system to identify functionally identical parts. This ensures the engine you receive will fit and function properly in your vehicle, even if it was from a different model year with the exact specifications.
A: We take the guesswork out of buying engines. During checkout, we ask for your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Before we process your payment or ship your order, our technical specialists verify your VIN against the part you selected. If there is a mismatch, we will contact you immediately to ensure you get the correct engine.
A: Our remanufactured engines are sold as a long-block assembly. This includes the cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internal components (pistons, rings, bearings, etc.), fully assembled and timed. You will simply transfer your existing external accessories, such as the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, alternator, starter, and sensors, from your old engine to the new one.
A: We offer Flat Rate Shipping to any commercial address (such as a repair shop or dealership) that can unload a freight truck. If you need the engine shipped to a residential address or if the location requires a liftgate service to lower the pallet to the ground, an additional $99 liftgate service fee applies. We highly recommend shipping directly to the shop for installation to save you money and time.
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) directly through our secure website. We also accept certified bank wire transfers. For security purposes, all payments must clear in full before an engine can be released for shipping.
A: Once you complete your purchase, our support team immediately begins VIN verification. If we have any technical questions, we will contact you. Once verified, your order moves to our shipping department. You will receive an immediate email confirmation, followed by a separate email with your freight tracking number once the unit leaves our facility (typically within 3-7 business days).

A: Yes. A refundable core charge is collected upfront with every remanufactured engine purchase. If your original engine is returned in acceptable condition within 30 days of delivery, the full core charge will be refunded. A: A used engine is a tested unit pulled from a running vehicle; it retains its original mileage and internal parts but is inspected for quality. A remanufactured engine has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and machined. All wearable parts (gaskets, seals, bearings, pistons) are replaced with new components to meet or exceed original factory standards.
A: We stand behind our quality. We offer up to a 5-Year / Unlimited Mile Warranty on our remanufactured engines (parts only). Our used engines also come with a warranty for peace of mind. Specific warranty terms vary by manufacturer and engine type, so please ask your sales specialist for the details on your particular unit.
A: No. For safety and shipping regulations, all engines are shipped "dry". You must fill the engine with the manufacturer-recommended oil and coolant fluids before attempting to start it. Failure to do so will void your warranty and cause immediate engine damage.
A: Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses. However, because engines are heavy freight items, a truck equipped with a hydraulic liftgate is required to lower the pallet to the curb. This service incurs an additional $99 residential/liftgate fee.
A: Returning your core is easy. Once your new engine is installed, simply place your old engine in the crate or POD that the new one arrived in. Secure it, and contact our support team. We can arrange freight pickup to return the core to our facility.
A: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you see visible damage to the crate or engine, note it on the driver's delivery receipt before signing. Take photos and contact our customer service team right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you get a replacement or repair as needed.
